Hi guys!
I am really enjoying your great ideas about adding more water to our days.
I especially liked the idea of adding cucumber, mint, and lime, to a glass container of water and keeping in the fridge.
Would you have recommendations of what type of container you use, and the “recipe” for the water?

Hello Susan, Glad to hear you are enjoying our podcasts. Great question on the container, we would suggest glass as they do not leach harmful chemicals into food. Additionally, glass is more durable. Best, Susanne
